If you are a delhi candidate you have added advantage of getting a good college and also if you are from reserved category so you have chances of getting cs or mechanical in some of ip colleges.

if you belong to delhi region then you have a good chance to get the seat in mechanical. if you from outside delhi then your chance is tough.
