Hey, that depends on the state in which you reside in.

If you are elligible for the in state quota then, the cutoff rank is generaly around 16000-17000 rank, so best case scenario, you might get waitlisted.

Apart from that if you are out of state the the cutoff is around 7k. Which is difficult to achieve with your rank.
