For getting government bams seat you need to score 450 + in state quota and 550+ in all India quota. This cutoff marks is in accordance with the last year cutoff.

Yes, you can get admission in private college or deemed college for your MBBS/BDS. But the fee structure of that colleges would be more than rps.20lakh per year. Just wait for the counselling.
