In order to get admission in IITs, NITs, IIITs, you should have minimum 75% as a General category & 65% as a reserved category or you should be in top 20 percentile in class 12th from the respective board.

As you told that you have 65% and belong to General category then you are not eligible to apply.

You can apply for DTU & NSIT, As per the eligibility you should have 65% to apply there.
