        First of all congratulation on your rank, .291 is very good rank to get a seat in AEC. But we can't say exactly that you can get in civil or not because civil is one of the most desired branches in AEC. It completely depends on the students who got better rank. If this year there is less competition for civil in AEC then you may get your seat in civil.

But don't lose hope still you have a chance.
