In this rank ; you will get non core branch in nits like ( kurukshetra ; Jamshedpur; Jaipur ; Allahabad; Bhopal ; Raipur etc )

It is difficult to get core branch in good college ( you may get core branch in low ranking nits )but not fruitfull as much 

Also depends upon your home state .

Dear aspirant 

With 19534 rank in jee mains you can expect chemical and civil branch in middle ranking nits like jaipur, bhopal,  surat, hamirpur and metallurgical engineering in upper ranking nits like warangal, rourkela, allahabad.

And you have chances to get cse and ece in northeast nits like silichar, agartala, nagaland.
