First of all congratulations, however it will be very difficult to get a government college. Although  you can still try in state counselling .Different state counselling cut offs vary from each other as it depend upon availability of colleges, student number etc various things .

Please mention your state so that an accurate answer can be provided. Though chances for you are tough for you in there also for government colleges specially in MBBS and BDS and even in BAMS BPT BHMS too .However you can get easily many private medical colleges.
