hey harshit, if you want admission in GL bajaj for cse and if you are sure that your rank is 13000 than it will be a good oppotunity for you to take admission in GL bajaj .You may get cs in the first round of counselling ,if not so i assure you that in second round you will definitely get a seat in GL bajaj for btech in cs.
