As per your rank its difficult to convert any NIT, SPA or any GFTIs for Architecture courses.

However there are some private engineering colleges like following where your chance is bright:

Dehradun institute of technology
ICL institute of architecture Amabala
Punjab Technical University
PM college of engineering Sonepat
MGM Jawaharlal nehru engineering college Aurangabad.
