If you select the comedk rank, then you have vast options for colleges who provide admissions in comedk rank basis. 

If you go with, IMU CET rank which is also great, then you can make career in different and unique fields. Both the options are great. 

We can only tell you facts, but decision should be yours. It's your career, take some time, think about where did you see yourself in next 5 years, and then select the most important rank you find.

You can choose your interest.
If you want to pursue CSE or ECE or Mechanical Engineering branches, then you should go for COMEDK Colleges and if you want to do Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering or Nautical Sciences then you should pursue IMU CET.
