your marks around 213 and SC category , W.B  so according to previous year cutoff  there are no chance get seats in government colleges but the cutoff of Colleges changes every year because it is dependent on many factors so please use Colleges predictor tool and predict your college according to your mark.

The minimum cut of marks which was required by a SC category student was 113 dear student and as you said you have secured 213 marks but I am really sorry to tell you they stood in that you will not be able to get admission into any government Medical College and it will be really difficult for you to get admission under management quota seats also as this year cutoff have increased enormously high .
