Hey dear, cutoff varies every year, if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to get a govt. Mbbs college. So with 214 marks you won't get any govt. College but yes you will get a private college for sure, since you asked about bams, so you will definitely get a private bams college with this score but with high fee.
