According to general merit cutoffs of COMEDK in year 2018, with a rank of 21k, you can get ECE at J.S.S. Academy of Technical education, K.L.E. Technological University, Dayanand Sagar academy of Technology and Management, NMAM Institute of Technology. Similarly, you can get ECE at many other colleges too.
Please note that this prediction is completely based upon 2018 cutoffs. Cutoffs can vary too based on factors like number of seats available, number of candidates appearing for the examination, difficulty level of the paper etc.
