   For writing the Jee advanced you should qualify the jee mains. As you said that you have secured 22 marks but jee mains qualification purely depends on your rank and your category.

As you are an SC candidate there is  more probability of you for being selected so check the ranks if you are less than 31920 rank then you will be selected. So the prediction depends on the marks.

As you have scored 22 marks in jee mains 2019,your chances are very low that you can qualify jee mains  in your category as the cutoff for SC category remain  above 30 marks in most of the years.
