As you have mentioned that icar rank is 22,000 and you fall under general category which eventually would highly decrease your chances of getting a seatfor fisheries in any of the government colleges, but let me tell you that your rank rank indeed is not that bad... That you won't be able to get a seat.. But you didn't got a seat in the 1st round, maybe you get a seat in the further upcoming rounds... But competition nowadays is very high... So, now whether you wil get a seat or not, totally depends upon various factors like number of seats available, number of candidates appearing for the examination, difficulty level of the question paper and many more... So, we cannot predict accurately.... But don't loose hope, and wish for a miracle to happen!!!!
