As you have mentioned that your neet score is 225 marks but you haven't mentioned your category. Nevertheless, 225 marks indeed are very less to get a seat in BHMS..  If we look over previous year's cutoff for BHMS then you might have scored 380+ to get a government medical college for BHMS and 320+ to a good private medical college..

With these marks you won't be able to get a neither under 85% state quota nor under 15% All India Quota...
