There is a good chance that you might get ECE in NIT Silchar considering your rank to be 22820 in JEE Main and 2820 rank in EWS Category but I can't be very sure about it since the cutoff change every year so it is quite difficult to predict them . It is a good NIT and it has a NIRF ranking of 51 and if you get ECE here ,you won't be very disappointed about your decision . All the best for your counseling.
