As you have ranked 2399 in the stream 1 in sastra university in AIR[Air India Rank] you have the chances of getting a seat in the streams like Mechanical engineering,Civil engineering and Electrical and Electronics engineering. So you may try for these streams because chances of getting a seat in CSE,IT and ECE is very less.
