Hello,

It is unlikely that you will be accepted into a government BAMS college with 243 NEET UG 2025 scores, but you might have a chance at select private colleges or through state quota seats. Depending on the college, state, and category, different NEET scores are needed for BAMS.


Government colleges:

Since the cut-offs typically exceed 300- 350 marks, 243 marks could not be enough for general category admission to prestigious government BAMS colleges. But if you fall into one of the reserved groups, you might have a chance.

Private colleges:

You can easily apply to and get admitted to private BAMS colleges in the following areas with 243 marks: Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Maharashtra, Haryana, Karnataka.
