As per your rank and caste category yes you are eligible to get the seat in srkr engineering college but the fee concession scheme will not be applicable to you so you will get free seat but you have to pay the fee of 60k per annum.
So in that case there will be no difference of management seat and the allotted seat.
Instead you can get management seat in other top colleges than srkr engineering college.
