Well, brother with this rank you can easily get into the preparatory course of many old IIT's which are offering

According to previpous year analysis, you can get into the preparatory course of any IIT. But, I would recommend you to not to go for preparatory course and to prefer NIT with a full fledge course. 

Prparatory courses are very risky, and not clearing it would ultimately result in failing of yourself in studying with the same college and hence you can loose your confidence and year too

Hence, my adivse would be prefer NIT or any college from your JEE main scorecard.
