Hello Parul, On the basis of JOSAA 2018 last round cutoff you can get Electrical engineering(2018 EEE Cutoff for Home state candidates under PwD category for women was 2947). You won't be getting other branches because the closing ranks are lower. But you need to be a native of Haryana so that you can avail home state quota. I suggest you wait till the last round because you mightn't get the seat in earlier rounds. Below is the link of 2018 JOSAA Final round cutoff.
