You haven't specified your category so an accurate prediction is not possible. For a general category student an admission to AIQ seats is tough and also a seat in government medical colleges is hard since they have high cut offs for general category. Hello aspirant
With that marks you have very less chances to get a government college .it depends upon your rank and category cut off . Cut offs changes every year based on qualifying marks and difficulty level of paper. You can get a Management Quota seat under b category.

Hello,
It's quite tough to secure a GMC seat with 277 marks even with reservation quota, from your profile it seems you belong to Rajasthan which has pretty high cut-offs as well, you may hold chances for government seats in private colleges such as Geetanjali Medical College, Jaipur National University Institute for Medical Sciences & Research Centre, National Institute of Medical Science & Research, Pacific Institute of Medical Sciences
This is purely based on previous year data, cut-offs are subjective to change every year based on multiple factors like seat matrix, marks obtained in exam, toughness level of paper, total number of candidates participating in the exam etc.

Hello Prakriti!
You must be aware of the high cut offs of this year. At a score of 277, it's difficult for you to get admission into a Government Medical College. I would rather suggest you to apply for a Private Medical College or Deemed University.
Here is the link for you to choose from the list of Private Medical Colleges accepting NEET score.
