As per the last year cut off in AP EAMCET bipc stream , you have less chances to get Govt colleges under ANGRAU (Acharya N.G Ranga Agricultural University) .

The last year [2019] cut off for AP EAMCET was as follows for B.Sc Horticulture:[BC B Category]- region wise

• 7839 (UR)
• 12132(AU)
• 9460(SVU)

Well, some private colleges under ANGRAU , you may get through your rank . (Except SVU region)

Well, the cut off can differ year wise for several factors like seat capacity , difficulty level of exam etc.
