You 12th board percentage is good. With score of 280 in UPSEE exam, you will not be able to get any government college if you are a general category student. You can apply for AKTU private colleges​ in which you can even get your desired branch. You should try for colleges like BIET, AKGEC, JSS, KIET, GALGOTIAS, GL BAJAJ, IMS, RKGIT, NIET, IPEC.
