At this much score in bitsat your changes of getting the ECE branch is very low. You should apply for lower branches at this college or you should go for bits Goa or any other centre.

You should also for the private colleges through your jee mains score. Some of them are :

Upes Dehradun

Chandigarh University

Lpu University

SRM college etc.
