Congrats on your Rank in JEE Main. Below are some of the Colleges where your Rank was under their closing ranks in 2019:

K. J. Somaiya College of Engineering, Mumbai.
NIT Tadepalligudem.
NIT Sikkim.
NIT Mizoram.
NIT Arunachal Pradesh.
NIT Manipur.
Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh.
NIT Meghalaya.
NIT Rourkela.

But, this is based on Cut Off of 2019 and it changes every year. It is difficult to predict them. Let's hope for the best!
