Hello Gayathri , as per last year cut off students with 400+ marks in obc got government colleges. So as per last year cut off it is somewhat difficult for you to get government MBBS  college with This marks.

Sorry but you can't get government college with this score irrespective of your category. Even if you belong to home state quota you need a score greater than 400 to get government colleges.
