IITS/NITS/PSUs will not come in your list rather you can apply for state engineering colleges either governement or private.You can apply for MS/PHD at IITs .

You can apply to those PSUs which are taking their separate exams apart from the GATE for ex: AFCAT(dates passed),BARC (9-15 march),ISRO,DRDO etc.

You can sit for campus placements,off campus or prepare for the next year.
