Hello dear!
Congratulation to you for securing 31000 rank in JEE main. Since the eligibility criteria for 12th board in NIT is that the candidate should have at least 75% for CBSE board or under top twenty percentile. You will not get any NITs due to insufficient criteria for 12th board.
