As you have only scored 34 marks in TS eamcet, you are not at all qualified. You need 40 marks it means atleast 25% out of 160 in Ts Eamcet to qualify in the exam. And the next thing you have also failed in the IPE exam. So, you won’t get rank and even the rank card will not be displayed. The only one option you have is to , as you have choosen BIPC as your career, Take the long term coaching of TS eamcet and write again the exam, And get pass in IPE exam.
