For being eligible for admissions in IITs and NITs, you should have scored at least 75% marks in your 12th standard examination, irrespective of the board. For IITs, you need to clear JEE-Mains and need to get a very high rank in JEE-Advanced. For NITs, you need to get a great percentile in JEE-Mains.
