There is grievance cell for students of IGNOU which you can check out at https://igram.ignou.ac.in/, you can try to raise a complain regarding this from your registered email-id, else from your registered email-id only send an email to ssc@ignou.ac.in (mailto:ssc@ignou.ac.in) this service is quite prompt, just elaborate on your query, there are chances you can get a reply for the same.
