yes of course you can appear for MHT CET.

there are total three attempts in MHT CET.

If you have your 12th board marks sheet and migration certificate.then you can apply with your previous year board.

else you can request your zonal Board Office for duplicate migration.

remember if you are general then you should have total 50% marks in 12th board. and if you are SC/ST/OBC,then you should have 45% in your 12th board.
