Hello Kanakala Charan sai, with 3664 rank in JEE mains paper 2, it is very difficult to get admission in top government colleges like IIIT or NIT. But you can get admission in state government colleges, as you Got the rank around 4000. You should apply for state counselling. Best of luck to you.

At these marks there is no chance to get admission in any govt college
like NIT or IIIT  At these marks your general rank is 6k   and at this rank you will not be able to get admission in govt
college like NIT IIIT but you can apply for GFTI  but i will give you a suggestion to get admission in best state
government college of India if you given the paper of JEE mains and
secured rank upto 10k in b.arch  and 12th percentage is good then you can take
admission in any govt college by state counselling hope you understand
