In Andra pradesh, there are 3 types of seats : A, B and C

A category seats are government seats, B category seats are management seats and C category seats are NRI seats.

Now, coming to your question, since you have qualified NEET and is trying for management seat, you have chances of getting a seat. Because management seats are not filled on the basis of merit. However, the fee for management seats are very high compared to government seats and is usually in the range of 10-12 lakhs per annum. Yes of course you have good chances of securing B-category seats in some private medical colleges in Andhra Pradesh under state quota on such marks and category. Some of the colleges are enlisted below :-
