Divyam with so low marks as 38 your rank in the general category will also be not good which again will make it almost impossible for you to get admission in any good colleges like NITs, IIITs etc. You can apply to some of the private colleges where you will have a good chance but again as you mentioned your problem that financially you are not strong enough to take admission in private college then I will strongly recommend you to take a year drop, prepare very well get very good marks so that not only you can get admission in NITs but you also become eligible for giving JEE Advanced exam and can try to convert it.

Divyam if you are going some coaching then they will guide you all through the year in a very good way. There will be no problem regarding that but if you are looking forward to self-preparation then you need to work with small targets. You need to make up a fixed timetable for daily studying time (keep it atleast 6-8 hours) plus set up every week goals that can be the chapter completion from every subject and a few tests by the end of the week to check your learning. Along with this at the end of every week make sure you check how much % of the goals have you effectively achieved, this will keep you motivated to work and always try to take the figure more than 100%. This way you will keep learning throughout the year and with consistent studies via books, online videos, test series you can not only clear JEE Mains exam but can also look forward to clear JEE Advanced examination. I will highly recommend setting your overall goal to clear JEE Advanced exam, higher goals make you work more and always help you in achieving much better.

If you are planning for Resonance Udaipur then you don't need to worry about the schedule. You need to join in the dropper batch, they will teach you both 11th class and 12th class topics for JEE Advanced exams within a year and you will also be giving regular tests conducted by the coaching itself. These test will help you judge yourself among all the students studying in Resonance coaching all over India. Even I have studied from Resonance coaching and got admission in IIT Roorkee. So, their teaching methodology is very good. Only make sure that you don't miss any homework given in the coaching and participate in the homework discussions regularly.

Hi,
If you are of general category and if you  have appeared for any state entrance test for admission in state government college prepare hard for it and try to crack it to get admission in some state government college. Else you should find some good private college or university which can give you admission on basis of 10+2 marks.

All the best dear.

Hi Divyam, the jee-main result is announced.so if you are eligible for next exam called jee-advance then prepare for the next exam or if you are not selected then go to a private institution.they take admission on the basis of 12th marks or they take directly.

for more information about private colleges check it out given link:
