It is difficult to tell if you can get Admission with such marks for BAMS course in any of the college in Bihar, as cut-off keep changing every years, depending on certain factors, such as total number of students given the exam, number of students qualified the exam, difficulty level of exam etc, so it's difficult to predict, but as per your marks you have very low chances of getting admission in any government medical college, also you can try for Deemed universities or private universities as their cutoffs are slightly lower then government Colleges.
