I am afraid, though your advance rank is decent, it is not enough for securing a seat in IITs with the branch of Electrical Engineering. The closes closing rank was for IIT Dharwad that too closed in 3007 which means still far from your secured rank. I would suggest you look for other branches in some IITs.

I would suggest to you what nobody else would and is a big risk, try for decent branhces in Good IITs and then look for sliding.
