Dear Samir, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, we shall provide you the cut offs of each Category and you can take a call. We shall also provide you a link which lays out the cut offs of each College in Karnataka. We would suggest you to go through that. In 2018, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 368
OBC: 343
SC: 261
ST: 335

So, with 383, its a close call if you belong to General Category but have decent chances if you belong to Reserved Categories. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Go through this link for the cut offs.
