According to the marks you have mentioned in the question your percentile would be in the range of 69.64 - 69.84 and rank would lies in between 277723 - 317873 respectively. On the basis of this rank it is little bit difficult to get any of the NITs or any other good engineering college as per previous year's cut-offs but note that cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
