Hello. According to your current percentile your probable rank range can be somewhere around 242077 - 272077. The previous year's cutoff for IIFPT, Thanjavur, previously known as IICPT, Thanjavur, was 16521 in Round 6 (which was the last round) for OBC category candidates. So you may not get admission into this college with the predicted rank. But do not lose hope. You still have a chance to improve your percentile by appearing for the April session of JEE Mains 2019.

Sorry to say you have no chances to qualify the jee mains exam.
If you do not qualify the exam,then you cannot get any colleges through jee mains. So dont get dissapointed and practice well for the next time and give you best out there.
To qualify the exam, you need atleast 75 percentile.
So prepare well by considering this aspect.
