To get seat in an NIT you need to score the minimum cut off percentile. This year the minimum cut off percentile for SC category is 46.8825338 percentile. But you have scored less than 46.8825338 percentile. So, you cannot get admission in NIT with such percentile score. You need to score minimum 94-96 percentile. Cut off changes every year depending on total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
