With a rank of 4130 in JEE Mains paper 2 belonging to general category, there is a chance for you to get into a few  NITs or GFTIs but very less chance for any of the SPAs. Few of those colleges may include NIT PATNA,

NIT RAIPUR, BIT MESRA. (It's just a prediction on the basis of last few years counselling)

You should categorize your top preferences and apply for the councelling process accordingly.
