See ur percentile is too low for u to grab u any seat in any of the colleges like NITs IIITs or GFTIs in any of the state under any quota to pursue ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under btech courses. So u should be going for private Institution for ur btech career.

its not necessary to go for colleges which is stated here you should choose college which you feel comfortable.

if you are not getting government funded colleges then go for private colleges. they also provide quality education and hgh scope for student activites. ITs not a matter of sad for not getting a government college or for marks.

there are student who have hgh performance than IITs.
