Dear Naveen, with composite score of 422 you have some chances with lower end colleges namely:-

UBS Karjat
ITM khargar
Sharda Universty
Jaipuria Institute Noida
IBMR Pune
IIRM Jaiour Rural Managemnt MBa

IMS New delhi
