The cut off for colleges vary every year based on so many factors such as number of candidates appeared and qualified in NEET, number of seats available ,category of the student and so on. So an accurate prediction is not possible. The minimum NEET 2020  cut off percentile is required for the eligibility to applying BAMS . Since you have scored good marks you are eligible for applying BAMS colleges and have chances in getting a seat. For admission process each state will release its own state merit rank based on the NEET merit list and the candidates will be required to fill application form.
