With this rank ; it is difficult to get core branch in good nits .( It you are a general category student)
Although you will get nit s  and IIITs of lower rank ( but it will not much helpful ) instead you can get good state government or private college.
You may get non core branch in : nit Hamirpur ; kurukshetra; Andhra Pradesh; Srinagar; Durgapur; Jalandhar ; bits MESRA ; IPU ; pec etc.
Look for the information about those colleges in which you want to go and you can go.

With your mentioned rank you have a slim chance of getting non core branches at the newer NITs ( NIT Arunachal, NIT Nagaland, NIT Meghalaya, NIT Delhi etc) with your category rank. And with domicile quota you might get core branches and IIITs as well.
