yes as per the rank you secured and the past intake list of eamcet colleges you are eligible to get into the mallareddy engineering colleges.

you can also get into better colleges like hitam,cvsr,and other colleges like cmr engineering colleges.

also make sure to check out with it branch  there will be no such diffrent in syllabus of cse and ir only the depth of knowledge between them
