Hello Sai Kiran, you have scored well in IPE but your EAMCET score is low.For now your rank cannot be  predicted because it changes  yearly.There's a criteria for rank allotment

• 75% of EAMCET marks+25% of IPE marks scored in 10+2 ( Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in case of MPC, Biology, Physics and Chemistry in case of BiPC)

And yes you can get into any Engineering colleges because you've scored 40% of marks in EAMCET.
